Step 1. Make from logs round "stump"

Step 2. Put some paper on the bottom

Step 3. Add some dry grass

Step 4. Make everything compact 

so the wind could pass through 

Step 5. Ignite the paper on the bottom

Step 6. If there is not enough wind try to blow
